Terms & Conditions
Last updated July 2026
These terms govern your use of askmanavi.com and the guidance and consultation services we provide. By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
askmanavi ("we", "us", "our") provides general information and paid one-to-one consultations relating to Irish immigration, including work permits, immigration stamps, family routes and Irish citizenship. We are based in Dublin, Ireland.
We are an immigration guidance and consultancy service. We are not a firm of solicitors, and nothing on this website or in a consultation constitutes legal advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor. We do not lodge, process or decide applications; every decision rests solely with the relevant Irish authorities.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial information. The content is provided in good faith and on an "as is" basis for general guidance only.
Irish immigration rules, fees, salary thresholds and processing times change frequently. You should always confirm the current position on the official government sources we link to before making any decision or application.
3. Consultations and bookings
Consultations are booked and paid for in advance through our booking page. A session provides guidance and a suggested plan based on the information you give us during the call. The accuracy and usefulness of that guidance depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
A consultation is advisory. It does not create an ongoing retainer, and it does not oblige us to prepare or submit any application on your behalf unless you separately agree a further service with us.
4. Fees, rescheduling and cancellations
The fee for each session is shown at the time of booking and is payable in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so the slot can be reallocated.
Because a consultation is a time-based advisory service, fees are generally non-refundable once the session has taken place. Where we offer a separate application-support service and you proceed with it, any consultation fee already paid may be credited against that service, as agreed with you in writing.
5. No guarantee of outcome
Immigration decisions in Ireland are made at the discretion of the relevant authorities and are subject to the rules in force at the time your application is assessed. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, eligibility, approval or timeline.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, guides, layout and branding, is owned by or licensed to askmanavi and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, republish or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the general information on this website, or from decisions made without a personalised assessment. Our total liability in connection with a paid consultation is limited to the fee paid for that consultation. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
