We are aware of difficulties that are affecting some customers when attempting to login to the Customer Service Portal.

We are currently investigating an issue in relation to the multi-factor authentication that is affecting some customers and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

For affected customers, you should continue to attempt to access the Portal, however, you should leave a considerable period of time between login attempts.

Please be assured that this is a temporary measure. We are working to reach a resolution as soon as possible.

Once customers have gained access to the Customer Service Portal, they will be able to access services as normal – check the status of immigration applications, raise queries and book registration appointments.

A guide to using the Customer Service Portal is available at the following link: Customer Service Portal Guide.
